Full Body 20 Minute Workout
– 1 to 2 flights of stairs. If you don’t have stairs you can use either a flat/inclined stretch of land, a treadmill, or run on the spot lifting your knees high.
– Set of dumbells, your 15 rep max.
- 20 second sprints up stairs
- 10 pushup burpees
- 10 weighted reverse lunges
- 10 renegade rows
- 10 shoulder presses
Repeat these 5 exercises as many times as possible in 20 minutes. Rest when needed. Good luck!
