Full Body 20 Minute Workout

Equipment:

– 1 to 2 flights of stairs.  If you don’t have stairs you can use either a flat/inclined stretch of land, a treadmill, or run on the spot lifting your knees high.

– Set of dumbells, your 15 rep max.

The Workout:

  1. 20 second sprints up stairs
  2. 10 pushup burpees
  3. 10 weighted reverse lunges
  4. 10 renegade rows
  5. 10 shoulder presses

Repeat these 5 exercises as many times as possible in 20 minutes.  Rest when needed.  Good luck!

    That looks intense! But definitely takes away any excuses… Anyone has 20 minutes! Do you do this every day, 7 days a week, or is this one of several workouts you do throughout the week?

      Hi Maurice! Yeah we suffer from workout A-D-D so we’re always mixing things up, lol! We workout 5-6 days a week, ALWAYS take a rest day. We’ll try to post more of these to keep you inspired and motivated!
