Before we get to the review, full disclosure: I was sent this product without charge, but without strings attached too. No money has been paid, and I get to post and say what I want without a filter. WHAT IS IT?
A simple and effective canister that can infuse coffee and other drinks of your choice with food-grade nitrogen.
WHY IT MATTERS
Infusing nitro into coffee makes the coffee taste and feel incredible: no bitterness and extra sweetness without adding any sugar or cream. And I’m the guy who uses 35% cream in my daily coffee. It’s kind of crazy and hard to believe how good nitro coffee tastes without any additional tricks until you try it.

IN USE: HOW TO MAKE NITRO COFFEE AT HOME WITH THE N POWER NITRO INFUSER

Make your favourite iced americano. I pull a double-shot of espresso and add it to 250ml of water in a large container of crushed ice.

Add 300 to 500 ml of filtered ice-cold americano into the canister (I use 300ml for our cups in this video). NOTE: Make sure there is no ice or other solids inside the canister.

Attach the included dedicated Nitro beverage nozzle.

Insert a food-grade N2 cartridge into the white nitro cap and screw it on. You will hear it pressurize as you tighten it fully. TIP: for the silkiest texture, you can insert a second N2 cartridge for a stronger effect. NOTE: only use food-grade N2 cartridges; do not use N2O or CO2.

Let the canister rest for 30-60 seconds – unlike other options, there is no need to shake

Holding the canister upside down, aim the nozzle to the wall of your cup and press the trigger until the canister is empty (you’ll know it’s empty when you start hearing the gas come out).

HOW TO CLEAN THE N POWER NITRO INFUSER:

Hold the canister upright and aim the nozzle towards the wall of your sink. Press the trigger to release the remaining gas before opening.

Once all the gas is released, slowly unscrew the cap and hand wash with soapy water and rinse well.

Pat dry and you’re ready to make your next cup!

Not the fault of the maker, but if you end up loving nitro coffee as much as us, then you’ll soon find yourself spending money on N2 cartridges. At $25 CAD for 10 cartridges, this can add up fast for coffee lovers like me. But this is a very impressive (and tasty) party trick to treat yourself, friends and family in the comfort of your own home.

Add the washing of the canister to every cup or two made and you’ll find the N Power is not meant for high-volume Nitro Coffee production. But unless you’re running a busy coffee shop, this is a fair trade to get such high quality nitro coffee almost anywhere – including the comfort of your own home.
THE BOTTOM LINE
So what’s the bottom line?
