Ultimate Keto Diet Matcha Tea Fat Bomb Recipe: Eat Fat to Get Fit

It’s a little crazy to think your major source of calories could be (lterally) fat. But when you’re on the Keto diet, fat is where it’s at! Strangely, finding palatable methods of ingesting enough Keto-friendly fat can sometimes be harder to figure out than you might think.

Quin’s found the perfect afternoon Keto-friendly pick-me-up: the Match Tea Fat Bomb.

Strangely invigorating, tasty and Keto-approved, it’s still so crazy you gotta see it to believe it.

It’s like Bullet Coffee on steroids: stronger, faster … And fatter 🙂

Quin’s Keto Matcha Fat Bomb Recipe

+ 1 Teaspoon organic Matcha
+ 1 Tablespoon organic Coconut Oil
+ 1 Tablespoon organic butter (grass-fed is best)
+ 1 Tablespoon whipping cream (35%)
+ 8 ounces of hot water

Place everything in a cup, add hot water, and blend with Aerolatte until homogenized. Fat will separate, so stir as needed to get every last bit of this Matcha goodness. Enjoy!
