Cheap Sous-Vide Machine Review: is it worth the savings?

In a word: YES! – with some reservations. The inexpensive Sous Vide Precision Cooker by Wasserstein is 1/3 less than the “leading” Sous vide machine and cooks meat just as well as the big-name boys.

Editor’s note: oops: math-fail! At a savings of $40 (which is 1/3 less than the Anova), the Wasserstein sous vide machineis a great deal for getting into sous-vide cooking.
